10 Pesos 1997-1998 MINAZ Personal incentive bond

Personal incentive vouchers from Cuba's former Ministry of Sugar (MINAZ) primarily correspond to the 1990s, more specifically between 1997 and 1998.
These vouchers were part of an incentive system for sugar workers established under the Sugar Commercial Network (RCA). As part of the plan, workers received these vouchers which they could then exchange at special stores, although the system eventually evolved into points and later to CUC before the deactivation of several sugar mills and the suppression of MINAZ.
