The personal stimulus bonds from Cuba's former Ministry of Sugar (MINAZ) primarily correspond to the 1990s, more specifically between 1997 and 1998.
These vouchers were part of an incentive system for sugar workers instituted under the Sugar Commercial Network (RCA). As part of the plan, workers received these bonds which they could then redeem in special stores, although the system eventually evolved to points and later to CUC before the deactivation of several mills and the suppression of MINAZ.
